Collective Rate

The local contractor will contact you the night before your transfer between 18:00 PM and 20:00 PM (local time) by phone and announce the pick-up time to you.

If you will be picked up at an airport or train station there will be no phone contact since your pick-up time is directly linked to your arrival time. However, please note that there may be waiting times of up to 1 hour at your arrival.

Single Rate

You may declare your preferred pick-up time when booking your transfer. Your local contractor will contact you by phone the night before your transfer between 18:00 PM and 20:00 PM (local time) to confirm the pick-up time.

Pick-Up at the airport

We expect you at the arrival gate with a name sign. Alternatively, you may arrange a different meeting point with the local contractor. Please leave a note on your booking.

Pick-Up at the train station

We expect you with a name sign at the designated meeting point which is noted in your booking confirmation.

Pick-Up at the hotel

Our contractor will pick you up in the lobby of the hotel with a name sign.
